How we charge
Modules switch on when you need them — marketplace RFQ included, for when your preferred book can’t cover a job.
Sites
Each active site has a base rate. Larger sites (more floors, assets or rooms) sit in a higher band. Add or pause a site and the bill follows.
Seats
Operator seats come with the site. Extra seats are billed. Your preferred contractors use the tradie portal without eating your operator seat count.
Modules
Core chase, work orders and proof are in the base. Switch on assets and PPM, quotes, marketplace RFQ, or an industry pack when you need them.
Usage
Included allowance for maintenance requests, chase reminders and storage. Go quieter and the overage line shrinks — the invoice moves with you.

- Is there a lock-in?
- Monthly by default. Annual available if you want a discount — we’ll put it on the quote.
- Do tradies pay?
- Preferred contractors invited by you use the portal as part of your site fee. Marketplace vendors who win open RFQs have their own path — covered on the demo.
- GST?
- Prices shown ex GST. Australian invoices include GST.
- Can I start with one site?
- Yes. That is the normal start.
